Drake's "Ooo Wow", also known as Drake's "Oh Wow", is a reaction clip taken from the 2019 official music video for Chris Brown's song "No Guidance Feat. Drake." The clip features Drake sarcastically impressed during a dance battle between himself and Chris Brown in the video. The clip became a popular reaction GIF the same day the video was released.
Origin
On July 26th, 2019, Chris Brown uploaded "Chris Brown – No Guidance (Official Video) ft. Drake" to YouTube (shown below). The video gained over 21.5 million views and 967,000 likes in two days.
Spread
On July 26th, 2019, the same day as the video release, Twitter user @oneacen captioned the short clip of Drake as "When she says she’s been having a hot girl summer hoping it will make you jealous" (shown below). The tweet garnered over 4,100 likes and 1,400 retweets in two days.

By the next day, Twitter users were still reposting the clip and adding their own caption.
