EBT Fart Card, also written with a purple heart emoji like EBT Fart Card 💜, is a catchphrase associated with TikTok, Instagram and YouTube user Tammy Hull, also known as Ratchet B or the Akuma Auntie. She said "EBT fart card" in a viral video of hers posted in late 2024. She was talking about electronic benefit transfer (EBT) cards used to buy groceries and other items. Her fans and followers spammed the phrase in her comment sections and used the phrase in their memes about her, often calling her the EBT Fart Card Lady.

On September 16th, 2024, YouTuber^[1] Tammy Hull posted a video taken in her car. She says, "Stupid motherfucker just done it again shut my EBT fart card off." Over four months, the video received over 2,800 views (shown below).
