She said "EBT fart card" in a viral video of hers posted in late 2024. She was talking about electronic benefit transfer (EBT) cards used to buy groceries and other items. Her fans and followers spammed the phrase in her comment sections and used the phrase in their memes about her, often calling her the EBT Fart Card Lady.

On September 16th, 2024, YouTuber^[1] Tammy Hull posted a video taken in her car. She says, "Stupid motherfucker just done it again shut my EBT fart card off." Over four months, the video received over 2,800 views (shown below).

In the following months, EBT Fart Card became synonymous with Tammy Hull's content. For instance, on November 27th, TikToker^[3] @r0drickrulz reposted one of Hull's videos in which she talked about blocking someone who commented "EBT fart card," gaining over 33,700 likes in two months (shown below).

On December 5th, 2024, TikToker^[4] @baja_ashe posted an absurd EBT Fart Card edit, gaining over 12,800 likes in a month (shown below).
