Nikita Dragun's Arrest refers to the arrest of influencer and content creator Nikita Dragun in November 2022 after she was caught walking around a luxury Miami hotel pool naked. The incident resurfaced in early February 2024 after leaked footage of her arrest went viral on Twitter / X and TikTok showing Dragun singing Ariana Grande's song "raindrops (an angel cried)" while being restrained by the police.

On November 8th, 2022, TMZ[1] reported that YouTuber Nikita Dragun was arrested after cops said she was walking around the pool in the nude before dousing officers and security guards with water. Law & Crime[2] network uploaded a video about the incident on November 9th, 2022, which amassed over 84,000 views and 839 likes in two years.

Nikita Dragun In A Men's Jail

Nikita Dragun, who is a transgender woman, and her arrest became a viral topic on social media in late 2022 after she was held in a men's unit of a Miami jail. On November 9th, 2022, X[3] user @mattxiv tweeted that the influencer was "facing a human rights violation by being put in a men’s jail." The post (shown below, top) received more than 45,000 likes and 4,800 retweets in two years.

On the same day, X[4] user @WickedNFine commented saying she got karma for her bad behavior, stating, "violence against trans people isn’t a form of karma." The post (shown below, bottom) garnered roughly 4,700 likes and 928 retweets in two years.

Dragun reportedly asked a judge during her hearing whether she had to remain in the men's unit and was denied at the time (shown below). NBC 6 South Florida[5] shared a video of the trial on November 9th, 2022, which received over 1 million views and 37,000 likes in two years.



Dragun was later released on November 10th, 2022, according to her representative and Miami-Dade County[6] criminal justice records.

Nikita Dargun's Leaked Arrest Video

On February 2nd, 2024, the YouTube[7] page @unspokencrimemurders posted leaked bodycam footage showing the arrest of transgender YouTuber Nikita Dragon in November 2022. The video (shown below) amassed over 1 million views and 20,000 likes in a week.



The video also went viral on X as users noticed the influencer was singing Ariana Grande's "raindrops (an angel cried)" while being arrested by the police officers. For example, on February 7th, X[8] user @theegrandeheels uploaded a clip showing the moment Dragun sang "raindrops (an angel cried)” (shown below), amassing over 175,000 views and 4,200 likes in a day.
