For instance, on May 13th, 2024, X[2] user @kianamaiart posted a fan art of Jessie, one of the characters that Lillis had originally dubbed (shown below, left), asking other Pokémon fans to send donations, which received over 31,000 likes and 7,700 reposts in a day.
On May 14th, the X[3] page @OoCPokemon also posted a picture of the voice actress asking people to send donations and the caption "We're with you all the way through to the bitter end as you fight these difficulties in life. Keep on keeping on! You got this!" The post (shown below, right) garnered more than 7,300 likes and 3,400 reposts in less than a day.
