THE FIRST EUROPEAN WHO SAW DIAMOND WITHOUT KNOWING ANYTHING ABOUT HIM

It was a time during second world war. Paul Adam was a French soldier posted at the Mazinot Line. At the war field, one night he had a strange dream. He saw in his dream that an Indian wearing a turban was saying something to him. Though he could not understand the content, he heard that he was telling him, ‘Come to India, you will not die’. However, he almost forgot this. But incidentally he had to come to India for some works. And strangely he had a communication with somebody who used to go to Diamond. So One day he took Paul to Diamond and at the first sight Paul became spellbound by seeing Diamond. ‘Oh! He is this man whom I saw in my dream in the war field!’ Afterwards they had a long conversation and then went away. Later on Paul termed Diamond as Dream God (Swapneswar Nath). He became a Buddhist monk later on and ultimately became the president of All India Buddhist Society.
