Fair Argument, But…, along with its variants such as "Nice argument, however…", is a catchphrase associated with online drawings, in which a character, typically female, claims to be winning a discussion and displays an erogenous part of her anatomy – typically her breasts, but sometimes her buttocks, feet, etc – on a table, in place of saying an counter-argument.
History
The post which started this meme is a drawing posted on Newgrounds [1] and a since deleted Twitter account[2] by Wriizzy, under the title "Counter point" (see below). This picture became the reference for similar artworks from other artists, fellow smut artists as well as regular ones, to draw their original characters or their favorite characters in a similar context.
