Fat McDonalds kid is an overweight child eating at McDonalds. It has been posted in Facebook, 4Chan and reddit. It spread sorta, but then really spread, then not so mix. Then swooooooossssshhhh. Spread, spread, piece of bread! It really good meme though, funny because fat people are.

Never seen it, and it doesn't seem funny. Also, the article is short and shows no proof of popularity, spin offs, or anything that would make it even slightly memetic.
