Fiseem Giggling refers to a short viral video of YouTuber Fiseem giggling at the camera which is typically used in reaction to something the user can't help but laugh at.
Origin
On June 27th, 2019, Twitter user @fvckstration posted a clip of Fiseem in reaction to another tweet (shown below). The tweet gained over 3,700 likes and 700 retweets in two weeks. Fiseem is a YouTuber, Makeup Artist and aspiring actor.[1]

Spread
In late June 2019, Twitter user @fvkstration reposted the clip multiple times until it caught on. Twitter user @chrsdle
used the video to describe "mona lisa trying not to laugh while da vinci painted her" (shown below). The tweet gained over 282,500 likes and 83,200 retweets in eight days.

Two days later, Twitter user @PEACHYBLACKG0RL used the video to describe "mother nature when it rains after i spend an hour straightening my hair" (shown below). The post accumulated over 83,900 likes and 20,300 retweets in a week.

On July 9th, 2019, Fiseem uploaded a makeup tutorial video to YouTube and addresses the clip saying "I was trying to start a video because I was about to start talking about something and I just started laughing out of nowhere" (shown below).
