What started out as a simple 4chan post the same day as the My Little Pony Season 4 finally quickly turned into an image macro creating fiasco. The re-introduced villain, Tirek, that was originally created in generation one of MLP sparked an explosion of interest (especially on certain specific threads on 4chan).
