The "Green Lex Luthor" image is widely know throughout the Internet and mainly in 4chan as a reaction image.

The origin of the image comes from the Nickelodeon's cartoon Rocko's Modern Life. The character Ed Bighead witch appears younger in the episode 12 from season 4 of the show, are holding binoculars and looking seriously for the left.

As the image was posted on /v/ misnamed as "Green Lex Luthor" it became widely popular among 4chan's forum the same way as Reaction Guy/Massimo d'Alema as a popular reaction image, he is looking left, serious, with binoculars in hand most showing the users disappointment, boring or dislike of the tread/image.

Due to the trolling capacity of the forum, sometimes infamous treads got flooded by the "Green Lex Luthor" image showing the dislikes of its readers.
