Hey, Can You Throw Me Another Capri Sun, also known as Capri Sun Man, is a remix series based on a Twitter video of man finishing a Capri Sun without using hands and asking for another, which is thrown at his face.
Origin
On November 22nd, 2017, Twitter[1] user @_mariehutton tweeted the video with the caption "We're out of caprisuns." They later deleted the video and their account.
Two days later, on November 24th, YouTuber[2] hecken posted the video. Within four years, the post received more than 3 million views (mirror below).
Spread
Days later, on November 27th, 2017 YouTuber twoask uploaded the video "can u throw me another capri sun [ORIGINAL EDIT]," a remix of the video. Within four years, the video received more than 100,000 views (shown below, left).
Remixes continued over the next year. One of the most popular on YouTube, "THROW ME!!!," a remix of The Incredibles, was posted by kmlkmljkl on February 23rd, 2018, received more than 1.2 million views in less than three years (shown below, right). .
