On July 19th, 2021, TikTok user "alexsmithlovesyou" uploaded a video that appears to be himself apologizing to a friend saying:
"I just wanted your attention, that's why I called you a slut"

As of Sept. 2021, the video has garnered over 10.3 million views with 2.1 million likes, and is widely quoted on Youtube, Twitter, and TikTok comment sections. The original TikTok sound accompanying the video is titled "How many times did you call me a sloot 27" and has nearly 500 other TikToks using it.
Multiple comments under original TikTok reference similarities to the "submissive and breedable" meme, which may have helped boost it's viralness.
