I Can Not Lead This Tribe is an exploitable webcomic featuring a young Native American who tells his father "I can not lead this tribe" after seeing a variety of humorous creatures and characters while embarking on a vision quest.

Origin

On February 10th, 2012, the Pandyland^[1] webcomic released a comic titled "Spirit Animal," in which young Native American encounters the cartoon character Scooby Doo as his spirit animal, leading him to decline to replace his father as the leader of his tribe (shown below).

On March 27th, 2017, FunnyJunk</a[4]> user flvrag uploaded an edit of the comic featuring a furry illustration wearing a bondage collar (shown below, left). The following day, Redditor copperstar submitted an edit of the comic featuring the Star Wars character Jar Jar Binks to /r/PrequelMemes (shown below, right).^[3] On August 5th, Redditor VarysIaMermaid reposted the furry edit to /r/MemeEconomy.^[2]
