Several highly voted commenters pointed out that it sounds like the TikToker is saying "trees of breen" when he sings the song.

On August 7th, TikToker^[2] @blackolivesigmasupreme13 then posted a video singing the entirety of "What a Wonderful World," garnering over 4.1 million views in roughly the same span of time.
