Origin
Jack's exgirlfriend uploaded dozens of images to Memegenerator and managed to take over the Google images page for the search term "Jack Weppler".
After a complaint thread was started on Google Webmaster Help (the thread has been removed) by Jack's mother, the story was picked up by blog sites.
