John Barrowman's Thumbs Up refers to an image of actor John Barrowman on the television series I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! with his face buried in one of his arms while his other gives a thumbs-up sign. The moment came after Barrowman ate a bull penis. The image spread on Twitter as a reaction image after the episode aired.

On December 7th, 2018, season 18, episode 20 of I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! aired. In the episode, as part of the "Bushtucker Challenge," John Barrowman is forced to eat strange and gross things, including a bull penis.
