lilA10 is popular in Malayalam shitposting community. It became popular after it's first appearance in a Facebook group dankmemesmalayalam . Later memes containing lilA10 got reposted on Facebook, Instagram and Reddit.
lilA10 is an absurd meme and is meaningless. It's used in places without any context. A morphism of T posting Garfield and Mohanlal's clean shaved face doesn't symbolise any idea in general. Mohanlal's face was famous during the release of meme due to his new and odd look. Ironically lilA10 is considered as a superior being or god-like, and any insult to lilA10 is blasphemous.
Origin
The meme was originally posted by a member of popular Malayalam group dankmemesmalaylam in their Facebook group. The character first appeared in a meme series titled "Surreal Aventures of Dileepettan Part 3" on May 18 2018. Character is a morphism of cartoon character Garfield and Mohanlal from Malayalam movie Odiyan.

In 2018, deepfriedmemesmalayalam saw many lilA10 memes in their Facebook group by various OPs.
On December 20th, 2018, Modest Malayali posted a meme compilation in their Youtube channel featuring lila10.
In 2019, an Instagram page called lila10everyday started reposting the same image of lilA10 everyday till the actor notices them. Page gained around 100 followers after 144 posts as per May 2020.
Currently, most Malayalam shitposters use lila10 in their memes either directly or as a secondary joke layer.
