Make Another Meme Outta This refers to a video remix series based on a memorable quote uttered by recording artist Drake, while discussing his happiness for the Toronto Raptors winning the 2019 NBA finals. In the video, Drake says the line while presumably point to the score of the game. However, people online have replaced what Drake is pointing to with other videos.
Origin
On June 14th, 2019, Twitter user @TheCarlanGay tweeted a video of Drake speaking with reporters about the Raptors victory. In the speech, he says, "People like to make memes, make another meme out of this." The post received more than 5 million views, 2,000 likes and 730 retweets in less than one week.

Following the post, others shared the video, commenting on another comment in the video, in which Drake made references to "chips and dip." Twitter[1] user @KelleyLCarter shared the video with the caption "Chips and dip." The post received more than 5,600 likes and 1,000 retweets in less than one week.
Twitter user @MasterTes tweeted a video game rendering of Drake of him talking about "chips and dip." The post received more than 225 likes and 100 retweets in less than one week (shown below, right).
That day, Twitter user @MCamerlengo tweeted the clip with the caption "…make another meme outta this." However, the video he posted remixed the clip, adding a portion from the film Happy Gilmore. The post received more than 1.2 million views, 92,000 likes and 32,000 retweets in less than one week (shown below).

Following the post, others shared variations. For example, Twitter user @RockyCo_ added a clip from the film Madagascar. The post received more than 2,800 likes and 830 retweets in less than one week (shown below).
