The origins of this pasta comes from a 4chon.net clone called Nuchan. Nuchan is a website owned by Puddles.
Nuchan's goals involve… well… destroying any newer Chan trying to make it to the top.
The post was first posted on /cl/ back in the starting months of Nuchan. This was right after they started their macro threads.

The original poster went by the name "Dropper"
Dropper was a weeaboo who would always watch his "Chinese Cartoons" in the IRC.
When presenting this pasta people decided to spam 7chan and many other with this message.
Dubschan is one of the few remaining with this pasta besides of course nuchan.
