"Merryweather Fleet's Here Bro" is a quote of character Trevor Philips in the mission "Derailed" from the 2013 game Grand Theft Auto V. The quote is used in jokes about failures and frustrations.

Origin

Grand Theft Auto V is an action-adventure game played from either a third-person or first-person perspective. Players complete missions--linear scenarios with set objectives--to progress through the story. Outside of the missions, players may freely roam the open world. GTA V was developed by Rockstar North and was first released by Rockstar Games in 2013.
About halfway through the main story mission "Derailed", Trevor utters the line to Michael De Santa (the "bro").

On July 17, 2020 YouTuber DarkViperAU published the 18th video of his "Pacifist Challenge" playthrough, where he attempts to beat GTAV while harming the least amount of people possible. This video accumulated more than 420,000 views within its first two months (shown below, left).
Within a month, on August 6, 2020, YouTuber Sprunk Addict posted a video with the line and him dying to the Merryweather fleet multiple times. This video has accumulated over 2,000 views within its first month (shown below, right).
