The still comes from a skit from Season 2, episode 1 of Chappelle's Show, aired January 21st, 2004.[1]

On December 5th, 2018, Redditor imthatguy25 posted the screenshot along with a quote about vaccination to /r/MemeEconomy,[2] gaining over 31,000 points (shown below, left). Later that day, user cabbygator[3] posted a joke about Fortnite to /r/dankmemes, gaining over 45,000 points.
