Amigo Chino's earliest Instagram post is from April 24th, 2019.^[1] His first viral post on Instagram was a repost of a video by @steezykane on June 11th, 2023, which gathered over 6 million views in three months.^[2] On October 17th, the user posted his first viral video^[3] featuring himself, gathering over 1 million views on a sketch about being on the phone with an "emo girl" (seen below).

On October 25th, Amigo Chino, whose real name is listed as "Kalvein Oum" on Instagram, posted his earliest accessible TikTok^[4] video. The clip showed him insulting Orange Theory and saying that he's going to "put a brick up" his "boss's gas pedal" to make him crash. The video then cuts to a news report supposedly showing a car lodged into the building. The video is geotagged with the location Chelmsford, Massachusetts.

News report confirms that a car was driven into the building on October 17th, but it is unclear if Amigo Chino is responsible for the event.^[5][6]

The post gathered over 200,000 plays and 40,000 likes in ten days (seen below, right).

On November 15th, 2023, Amigo Chino posted a clip^[9] showing him cutting off his ankle bracelet and claiming to be "on the run" from the police. The post gathered over 200,000 plays and 20,000 likes in a day (seen below).
