Dakidd HIlarious is the online persona of comedian Jeremiah Warlick, who is known for a series of videos in which they wrap various objects in rubber bands until the object explodes.

History

Warlick published their first video on Facebook on January 23rd, 2019, a clip of himself dancing in to a Dubsmash clip. The post received more than 3,500 views in less than two years (shown below, left).

Later that year, on June 22nd, they published their earliest available of their watermelon explosion video. The post received more than 58,000 views, 1,700 reactions and 1,100 shares in less than one year (shown below, right).

Later that week, Twitter user @babyg_jay shared a watermelon explosion video. The post received more than 25 million views, 180,000 likes and 62,000 retweets in less than one year (shown below).

The following year, Dakidd Hilarious published a video on Instagram of himself wrapping a chicken in rubberbands. The post recieved more tahn 413,000 views and 22,000 views in less than one month (shown below, left).

Less than two weeks later, on April 19th, Facebook user room21wallofgame2020 shared a video of Dakidd Hilarious wrapping a jug of milk. The post received more than 10 million views, 115,000 reactions and 84,000 shares in less than one week (shown below, right).
