First Date Dylan started at Winona State University in Winona, MN as a small inside joke regarding a photo taken of one of the students. It depicts a photo with captions that describe awkward or misunderstood mistakes made by Dylan on first dates. Although starting small, First Date Dylan became a small hit at WSU with many students liking the Facebook page, following daily updates, and submitting their own entries for First Date Dylan.
