Sinjin Drowning is a YouTube gaming channel run by sibling pair Weston and Kalynn Koury. The pair are best known for their Minecraft and Moviestar Planet videos, with Weston (sometimes called Wes10) featuring prominently in memes made by the fandom.

Online History

YouTubers Weston and Kalynn Koury created their YouTube channel Sinjin Drowning on February 7th, 2017. The name of their channel is inspired by a scene from the show Victorious where a character named Sinjin almost drowns.

The earliest accessible video on the page was posted on November 26th, 2018 (seen below, left).^[1] The earliest known notable video was posted on May 18th, 2019, featuring the siblings playing Moviestar Planet, a multiplayer online game for children (seen below, right). The post gathered over 700,000 views in seven years (seen below, right).

Weston and Kalynn Koury enjoy a considerable following on TikTok as well, with clips from their videos often being reposted to this platform. A February 22nd, 2024 TikTok^[9] by @h0rnrydanger gathered over 7 million views and 1 million likes in four months (seen below, left). A March 6th post by TikToker^[10] @sinjindrowningposting gathered over 3 million plays and 460,000 likes in two months (seen below, right).
