Persassy is a meme created by the Percy Jackson fandom, sometime in the early 2010s. It features a poorly drawn illustration of Percy Jackson with the phrase "deal with it" to the of him. It was made to make fun of Percy's sassy attitude, especially how he makes sarcastic remarks at the Greek and Roman gods that regularly participate in the story, as well as the mortal villains and monsters to a lesser extent. It is often put below an interaction between Percy and another character, in which Percy displays his sassing ability. An example would be when one character gets mad that he, Jason, and Reyna were leaders at once, when only two were allowed. Percy follows this up by saying that now he and Jason of the others can both tell him to shut up.
