"Pinhead Larry" is a meme from the popular children's (although it is hilarious even to adults) show named Spongebob Squarepants . Spongebob Squarepants centers around a yellow sponge named Spongebob, usually with his dumb best friend, Patrick, accompanying him. In one Spongebob episdoe named "Survival Of The Idiots", Spongebob and Patrick pretend to be famous outlaws Dirty Dan and Pinhead Larry. Their conversation goes like this:

Spongebob (in a Western accent): Alright Pinhead, your time is up.
Patrick: Who you calling Pinhead.

Patrick delivers this line with a face that does, in fact, look like a pinhead. The hilarity this line, coupled with Patrick's face, is what has propelled this scene into memedom.

Origin

On March 25, 2001, the Spongebob episode "Survival Of The Idiots" was aired. But interest in "Pinhead Larry" did not pick up until September 2008.
