Hey so I got curios about this image. And It's rather facisnating meme history. It almost looks as if it's AI generated but seems to be a real photograph.

It started with this "me drunk af in the back of an uber admiring the city" meme in late of 2020. Relating back to one of the original reposter on twitter by banned user @BenNoClout

Later as of 2020 it quickly also got adopted incorporated with other animal meme "instead of texting "on my way" I'm just going to start sending these" apparently being first reposted on 13.09.2020 by user @GraceSpelman.

Then as a resulting meme for post nut clarity on reddit for NNN the caption "Me, when the Post Nut Clarity hits"

Somewhere along the meme road also been butchered in such low quality depressed emo kid memes with captions such as "Bothered. Unmoisturized. Sad. out of my lane. Unfocused. Decaying" apparently by twitter user @nocturnaltrashposts banned, or "Some days you Skurt Skurt … Some days you hurt hurt ✌️🖤"
