Sandy Cheeks Cock Vore / Blowout / All Things Must Go refers to an image depicting a macro Sandy Cheeks from Spongebob Squarepants standing naked in the middle of a city with a giant penis with a distended urethra vacuuming in a pedestrian and a cab. Online, the image has been parodied and joked about for its ridiculous execution and concept, and has sometimes been used as a shock image.

Origin

On July 8th, 2017, the parody commission "Blowout" created by fetish artist Smudge-Proof was commissioned by Dan482 and was posted to the furry art-sharing site Inkbunny[1] (censored version shown below).

Smudge-Proof was later commissioned to make other parody pieces with similar themes over the course of a few months, but none of those images received as much popularity as "Blowout." Smudge-Proof also posted "Blowout" to rule-34 booru rule34.paheal.net (WARNING: NSFW) on July 8th, 2017, which became a featured image on the site at approximately July 13th, 2018.

Spread

On August 27th, 2018, the OneyPlays channel uploaded "Oney Plays Crash N.Tense Adventure (Fan Game)". During the playthrough (at 24:37), Lyle brings up the image in a conversation and discusses it with other players.



On January 4th, 2019, a thread featuring the image was posted to /tv/ (Television & Film) on 4chan (archive)[2] , before being deleted a day later.

Starting in 2019, the image started to see spread on Reddit. It was first reposted in cringe subs. On August 6th, 2019, /u/johnwick8496 posted a phone call featuring the image to /r/comedyheaven,[3] gaining about 4,970 upvotes, 159 comments, and a Reddit Silver reward over 7 months (shown below, left). /u/sunzin21 reposted the image to /r/Cringetopia[4] on October 19th, 2019, gaining about 540 upvotes and 44 comments in under 4 months.

On October 2nd, 2019, /u/knexhawk launched /r/SandyCheeksCockVore,[5] a subreddit dedicated to sharing (mostly offensive) edits of the image which gained just over 1800+ readers in under 5 months. /u/XxDragonAesheticX reposted the image to /r/yiffinhell[6] on November 4, 2019, gaining about 580 upvotes and 75 comments in under 4 months. On August 25th, 2019, MaxMoeFoe mentioned the image in a reply to a repost of a similar parody commission on Twitter,[7] which received about 300 likes (shown below, right).
