Origin
In the summer of 2017 there was a rumor that Neymar was going to leave FC Barcelona. On July 23, his partner Gerard Piqué published a forceful tweet that said "Se queda (He stays)" accompanied by a photo of both. A few days later, on August 2, Neymar signed for Paris Saint-Germain FC.
Spread
After the signing of Neymar, numerous memes were made. One of them, by PSG himself, who tweeted in Spanish "Se firma (It is firmed)"
