She has unusual backbone posture in her 3D version as people calling it as "gamer" or "artist" posture. It gained popular which many of her fans using it as reference for drawing fan art.

On March 15th, 2025, Hololive talent Hakui Koyori on her YouTube^[1] started an livestream event of her 3D live. In the event (mark 19:26), the virtual YouTuber Shigure Ui appear as a guest and perform with her. Both in her original and 9 year old version, her backbone posture looks unusual. The stream gained more than 550,000 views in two weeks (shown below).

Her appearance in the 3D live event gained popular with discussions and fan arts by the fans. For example on March 15th, 2025, Twitter / X^[2] user @Diptipper uploaded post of Ui's and comparing it to NPC character Rya the Scout from Elden Ring. The post received more than 73,000 likes in two weeks. On the next day, Shigure Ui from her Twitter / X^[3] quote retweeted @Diptipper's with caption roughly translate "I don't know what the foreigners are saying, but I know they're making fun of me." The post received more than 208,000 likes in two weeks (shown below).

On March 19th, 2025, Twitter / X^[4] user @sweetwhite0808 uploaded fan art of Ui that looks like she have back pain. The post received more than 17,000 likes in one week (shown below).

On March 23rd, 2025, Reddit^[5] user KirigayaWin uploaded fan art of mini Ui riding the big Ui on her neck to the /r/Hololive subreddit. The post received more than 8,500 upvotes in three days (shown below).

On the same day, Shigure Ui from her YouTube^[6] started livestream to explaining and clarify the backbone posture problem that going popular. The video gained more than 720,000 views in three days (shown below).
