The trending uploads contain their own animations with the song where you see two characters, "speaker" and the "portrayal".

A few debate about all this new trend is going on YouTube through uploads as well, which talk about how the videos exist without age-restriction, as the content is suggestive, but anyone can access it regardless of the warnings. Along with that various of uploads include up to 13+ to 18+ non-sense warnings.
 

The demonstration of the song itself could be considered rather sexualizing a subject rather than being a meme. But the lyrics of the song and the animations seem to give the impression to be turning it into comedy.

The Lyrics start by mentioning words and slangs for Shoulder Boulders until it goes straight to the point making the other character in the animation get mad.

Some uploads randomly go trending because of YouTube's recommendation system.

A lot of the uploads contain "GL2" in the title, which stands for "Gacha Life 2". This could be a coincidence or eventually another source on how this started to go trending. While there are uploads that mention "GL2" most do not look like Gacha style.

It is 2 months old compared to all the recent ones that were released around May of 2024.

There is also a osu! Level with that song, which could of have contributed for it to trend.

It is similar to S3RL – Bass Slut. Both songs are from the same artist afterall or can be compared to "Drop It".
