The Rizz 'Em With the 'Tism Girl refers to a viral video of a blonde woman named "Rachel," whose real name is Rachael Lerman, flirting with rapper bbno$ in a dating game YouTube video. The original video, titled "Blind Dating A Famous Rapper," featured Rachel competing against other women on the show. It was shared by YouTuber David Alvareeezy in March 2025. Rachel notably fixes bbno$'s hair at the beginning of the video and has pickup lines like, "When I was in high school, I broke the state record for the most blocked shots. The clip generated memes and viral reactions. Many people believed that Rachel was cringe, effectively flirtatious or both. Others took issue with the tweet calling her autistic. Some labeled Rachel as a Pick Me Girl as another form of criticism.

On March 16th, 2025, YouTuber^[1] David Alvareeezy posted a video called "Blind Dating A Famous Rapper" in which seven women were blind dating rapper bbno$, also known as bbnomoney. Over three months, the video received over 2 million views.

At the video's 4:21-minute mark (shown below), a contestant named "Rachel" is introduced, whose real name is Rachael Lerman. She posts to Instagram^[5] under the username @rach_lerman.

Rachel is blonde, seen wearing a grey hoodie. She opens with a pick-up line about breaking a high school state record for the most amount of "blocked shots" with the punchline, "So, good luck to everyone trying to shoot their shot." Later, Rachel asked bbno$ if he's a Twitch streamer, followed with, "'Cause, I'd be your sub."

Alvareeezy also posted clips of Rachel from the video, like on March 20th, he shared a Short on YouTube^[2] of Rachel's opening pickup lines, which gained over 10.5 million views in three months (shown below).

The same clip of Rachel received over 1.5 million plays when shared on TikTok ^[3] and over 3.8 million views on Instagram ^[4] in roughly three months.

On June 26th, 2025, X^[7] user @itsme_urstruly posted an edit using Rachel's clips from the "Blind Dating A Famous Rapper" video, captioning it, "Rizz em with the tism! 👌." Over four days, the video received over 103 million views and 200,000 likes (shown below).

The tweet amassed numerous viral quote-tweets in the following days. For instance, on June 27th, X^[8] user @hollowearthterf tweeted, "This woman is clinically insane and if you cannot see that you're NGMI,"^[9] gaining over 19,000 likes in three days (shown below).

For instance, on that day, X^[9] user @sailaunderscore quoted the video, writing, "There is absolutely nothing autistic about this girl, she's a level 999 shadow vizier using her max-level manipulate abilities on a level 1 ranger who's stepped into her killrange," gaining over 107,000 likes in three days (shown below).

Also on June 27th, X^[10] user @moietroses called Rachel the "Pick me final boss" in a quote-tweet, which received over 491,000 likes in three days (shown below).

On June 28th, 2025, X^[11] user @snnneee tweeted a picture of American billionaire Peter Thiel from a then-recent New York Times^[6] interview and the chest of Rachel, the Rizz 'Em With the 'Tism Girl, captioned, "A quick summary of the last 24 hours." The post gained over 8,200 likes (shown below).

Also on June 28th, Rachael Lerman, known as Rachel in the original video, reposted the Rizz 'Em With the 'Tism edit on her Instagram^[12] account @rach_lerman, gaining over 464,000 likes in two days.
