Lowbrow Studios is a animation studio who is known for making animation skits and voicing in Dorkly along with CollegeHumor. Lowbrow Studios is also famous for producing the web series Sonic For Hire.

History

In the early years before Lowbrow Studios, Mike Parker along with his brother Andy Parker went to college to start studying animations. On March 16th, 2001, both Mike & Andy Parker made a animation series College University on Newgrounds. The first episode of College University is awarded 1st place in Daily Feature and Weekly Users' Choice. On April 5th, 2007, they eventually started making the Clock Suckers series for CollegeHumor and Dorkly, and later other animation shorts with just Mike Parker. Mike later open up Lowbrow studios due to more and more work. On September 5th, 2019, Lowbrow Studios open up a YouTube channel to post both past animations as seen on Dorkly and CollegeHumor, and current new animations as well. The animations series from Lowbrow Studios include Morty Kombat, BARF, Megaman Dies At The End, Explosion Jones, Kung-Fu Karl, and famously Sonic For Hire.

Mike Parker of Lowbrow Studios also branched out into other projects for major television stations like Nickelodeon and MTV. He once sold a show to Disney and in development for 2 years, before that show got dropped.
