This is a recent meme, started by @Doodletones on Twitter. It features a white screen with the text reading "SOC Contract. You in now." SOC is a YouTube Group channel who specializes in commentary videos. The meme (according to what I could find) most likely stems from when Doodletones was asked if she would join SOC via Skype. Friends of hers made memes using the post she originally made using the template.
