On May 25th, 2019, Twitter user @MattPostSaysHi edited a version of the scene in which the film cuts to the credits just after Aladdin jumps off the balcony. The tweet received more than 25,000 likes and 4,500 retweets in less than one year (shown below).

On May 28th, 2019, YouTube user Nikjay uploaded a humorously edited version of the video to the platform, with the video gaining over 125,500 views in three days.^[2] On the same day, Redditor plowkiller posted the video to /r/youtubehaiku subreddit, where it gained over 10,500 upvotes in three days.^[3]
