SpongeBob Doxxing Your IP Address refers to a series of parodies in which there is a still picture of SpongeBob SquarePants and there is a random IP Address with a text transition. The trend on YouTube started in June 7th, 2021 and been growing popularity in late June and July 2021.

Origin

On May 30th, 2021, YouTube user[1] Epstein Gaming posted a video of a still picture of SpongeBob SquarePants with a rotating transition and with a random IP Address with another random transition and with a childish song playing in the background. The video hit 6,383 views in 1 month (shown below).

In late June and July, many other YouTubers has been adding other SpongeBob images with a different transition and has been replacing the IP Address with a random one and with childish music in the background.

On June 7th, 2021, YouTube user[2] Alchemist posted the same thing but with a different SpongeBob image and with a random IP Address with Mako's song Beam in the background (shown below, left). On June 26th, 2021, YouTube user[3] maplty posted a compilation of parodies, gaining over 50,967 views (shown below, right).
