Between 4th and 11th february 2019, the gaming platform Steam celebrated the Chinese Lunar New Year 2019 (year of the Pig) by allowing its users to get special emoticons for this event.

The emoticons were all showing different kind of pigs among which there was this pig in a blanket (shortcode: :lunar2019piginablanket:).

From from a week or two after the end of the event, this emoticon started to be used in mass by users all around the world to comment the posts from vendors like IndieGala or Fanatical, without any word but only this icon.

The consensus on the use of this icon could come on the assimilation of this one to a dickhead (most exactly a uncircumcised or intact penis with a long, thick foreskin)
this becoming the best possible answer from Steam users to sellers' posts.
