Stomach Filled Successfully is a meme portraying the act of eating (Iftar) after fasting in the month of Ramadan, a Hijri month in which Muslims practice fasting. This meme has been shared widely across the Muslim community, and has been edited to play with the elements of the image, which consists of a frame from the Tom and Jerry episode The Little Orphan, in which Nibbles pats his stomach after eating a turkey. Text was added to the image reading "تم تعبئة الكرش بنجاح" (eng: The stomach has been filled successfully).

Origin

The earliest use of the meme was uploaded to a forum site on March 27th, 2014. The image was then shared on other forums in the following months.[1]
However, the version commonly used in edits was first used in 2016, as the first archived image was hosted on a forum site named LadyBird, a site that provided customized stickers. The image has a Facebook page watermark, which links to a defunct page with unknown origin.

Spread

This version was reposted continuously in the following years, and edited versions have spread since the early 2020s.
