Illusion is a Japanese hentai game corporation, they are well known for RapeLay, one of the most offensive games ever created. Illusion made their first game in 1997, but they wasn't formed yet, They formed in April 21, 2001, in-between the release of Des Blood Racing ( March 9 2001 ) and Requiem Hearts ( June 29 2001 ). Their latest game is Artificial Academy 2, released in June 13, 2014.

History

Illusion was started by Yoshimura Tei in 1997, their actual first game that was "made" by Illusion was Des Blood in 1997, it wasn't well known as the other games, but this one was the one that started Illusion's sex games.

Des Blood was a very successful franchise and it gain 6 games for 6 years until 2003, which Des Blood VR was the last one.

Rapelay is a very controversial game that was also the only Illusion game to be sold out of Japan, it was most likely offensive and weird to most players, and Is Illusion's most controversial game. The objective of the game is to rape Yuuko, the mother of Aoi and Manaka, where the rapist Masaya is to rape and have sex with them…

Controversy

Rapelay was banned from Amazon, as one British Member of Parliament Keith Vaz, Something Awful, and Honest Gamers were the people who had it made it into getting a huge reputation and the banishment of Rapelay. It was also banned in Australia, and Argentina…
and Caused an impact on the industry.
