TETSUO! and KANEDA! are a pair of catchphrases from the movie Akira, from an scene where the characters Kaneda and Tetsuo yell each other's name. The phrases are often used as a forum game and spamming practise.
Spread
It has spawned several youtube videos and YTMD entries and is occasionally used when someone uses a word that sounds similar to either Kaneda or Tetsuo.
It most probably started to spread when Akira started getting airtime plays in cable television in the US.
