About

The Milkaholic Trend or Milk Addiction TikTok Trend refers to a mid-2025 TikTok trend of people drinking milk and framing it like they have alcoholism. The viral videos, a part of the trend, showed people drinking milk like beer, wine or shots, meant to evoke the visual of hitting rock bottom with a drinking problem. The videos were predominantly set to the song "Sir, This Is A Cut Throat Fashion" by Her Words Kill. As the trend evolved, people swapped milk with other drinks like Yakult and matcha, among others.
