Taylor, Texas native, retired US Navy, spent two years traveling all over France doing bbq for restaurants and catering parties. Notable because the tailgating/barbecue cookoff concept is new to France and the big barbecue is very unusual there, especially at the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Texas BBQ in France is gaining popularity and is starting to develop a following on Facebook.
