This meme came from http://mainerdsasylum.blogspot.com/2010/11/thinker.html based off of the famous The Thinker statue. This meme was originally in someone's comic file and they had posted it to their BlogSpot page. But three guys had decided to use it for hysterical purposes. One day they were all at McDonald's and had sat down and one of them had said something, and someone else replied with "oh that explains everything." So from there they had all decided to discover/create a new meme based off this phrase that is used often. Originally they were going to use a different "The Thinker" image but this one seem most comically appropriate. So then they had all decided to put a caption on it titled "That Explains Everything" hoping that the meme will one day be very popular.

The three guys that had added come up with the idea and caption were Brian, Nicolai, and myself(Will). While the guy who had originally drawn the comic was Mainerd; his blogspot account name.
