My 8 year old son is non-verbal autistic. They said his I.Q. is 37, and I almost started laughing in the meeting. When he was 3 years old, I took him to urgent care because he had a fever. The television in the waiting room had news on it. He didn't want to watch the news, so he did something with an app on his tablet and changed what was on the television to his favorite movie, which at the time was Trolls. People started looking around to see who was changing the channel. I pointed to my son, and they were shocked. His I.Q. is not 37. He's absolutely brilliant.

Are metalheads icky?

Does metal music actually give people the ick? Open Im a metalhead. I was raised listening to it. Earlier today I was talking with a group of coworkers (4 females and 2 males) and the females collectively agreed that metalheads are scary and that they'd never date someone who likes metal. When they found out I like metal they did a complete 180 towards me and started dog piling on me saying things like "I bet you hit women" or "how many women have you SA'd" and it just felt demoralizing. I try my hardest to treat everyone respectfully and from my experience, every other metalhead ive met has been super kind so why do we get hate when we've done nothing wrong

Young women are experiencing a problem in that young men aren't approaching them any longer. I may, or may not have witnessed one or two incidents when a man walked up to a woman, said hello, and had her promptly, loudly, and viciously rip into him for simply saying hello. During one of these interactions, I was near enough to have witnessed the entire event. She was just a tad north of unhinged. When she stopped screaming obscenities to catch her breath I rather loudly asked her if maybe there was a less violent way to inform him that she's not worth the trouble. After the room chuckled a bit, I asked the room if anyone present would consider dating her. When this was met with crickets chirping she slapped me and ran out, with more red on her face than she put on mine. The truth is that I'm kind, respectful, honest, and earn roughly twice the normal wage, and I wouldn't consider asking a woman out now. It's entirely too simple for her to completely ruin my life for her amusement, and no fear of repercussion. The risk isn't worth the reward.

As a childfree person, of course, when you go out to a restaurant and pay way too much money for food it's for the atmosphere! You want to enjoy your meal and social time with another adult. If I wanted screaming kids running around I would go to a chucky cheese. So, I went out yesterday with a friend of mine. We've been planning for so long. We get to the location and perfect pub atmosphere, pub grub ordered and lots of craft beer to drink. Doesn't sound like a child friendly place. Of course some jerks decide to bring their kids. 2 families and all their kids. You know what? The yelling the running around the screaming. Parent's who just stop watching their kids when they eat and drink and make it a headache for the others I called the waitress over and asked her to bring her manager (and told her it wasn't at all about her so she didn't worry) I simply told the manager "I paid for a babysitter for my kids that I left at home so I could come here and enjoy a meal out. Why am I paying more to be here when that family is being incredibly rude not reining in their kids, paying less for their time out and ruining the atmosphere of all the other adults?. I will happily keep paying my babysitter and take my business to another adult only pub and spend all my money. The thing is that people that are straight are being bullied at my school. I've noticed that the LGBTQ+ community is still playing the victim. Someone at school said they care more about pride month than men's mental health month. I literally had to come out as straight to my friends and they thought I was weird. AND being Christian is wrong now! They only way to have friends is to pretend to be gay and satanic. How on Earth is nobody else noticing this?!?!
