C • 2 yr ago so for christmas last year, my mum bought me a copy of mk wii, (we had no clue it was pirated, we honestly thought tht it was legit.) i came home, put it on, and got ready to play a game, I got into a game and started racing and it said that aparently i was pirating and it just ended the game and chucked me into a dark screen with marios eyes just pure black then it sent me to the piracy screen error and it stayed there and the music was really wierd ngl so after tht i got a original copy and it is running well now so yh good times

Do women HATE metal?

Does metal music actually give people the ick? Open Im a hardcore metalhead. I was raised listening to it. Earlier today I was talking with a group of coworkers (4 females and 2 males) and the females collectively agreed that metalheads are scary and that they'd never date someone who likes metal. When they found out I like metal they did a complete 180 towards me and started dog piling on me saying things like "I bet you hit women" or "how many women have you SA'd" and it just felt demoralizing. I try my hardest to treat everyone respectfully and from my experience, every other metalhead ive met has been super kind so why do we get hate when we've done nothing wrong

Kids and pebbles

3h When I was kiddo some kiddos started throwing pebbles at my dog who was literally just sitting inside my house, so I grabbed the pebbles and stated throwing at em, they ran fast af and some minutes later the mom comes angry as asking why did I throw pebbles at them kids, I explained what happened and she said "that's not true my kids say you started throwing for no reason" so I just aimed my finger at a random spot on the ceiling and said "care to ask to the camera what happened?" They started throwing pebbles at my dog That was the most bad did in my entire life I ever I got beaten by my mom for doing that Reply 1.1k

Join Entitled mom demanded to know why I was at Disney "alone", immediately regretted it matched energy So I (32M) was at Disney World last week. For context, my wife and daughter were supposed to be with me, but my wife got COVID two days before our trip. Since everything was non-refundable and my wife insisted, I went solo to not waste the tickets. I was in line for Space Mountain when this mom behind me started loudly asking her husband why "some grown man would come to Disney alone" and how it was "creepy." I tried ignoring it, but she actually tapped my shoulder and demanded to know why I was there without kids. I turned around and said, "My wife and 6-year-old daughter were supposed to be here, but my wife tested positive for COVID. Would you rather I brought them and infected everyone here?" The look on her face was priceless. Her husband looked mortified and pulled her away to a different part of the line. I submitted my entire career sources, education, professional work experience, honors, awards & community involvement. My Wikipedia page will be up and running soon. I feel happy and accomplished. Our old pediatrician spent an entire appointment telling me how much healthier my daughter was than all the other kids in her practice. We hadn't seen her in over a year. No illnesses, no real issues. Then told me that vaccines were the best way to stay healthy. I looked at her and said we both know that's not true and you just spent most the appointment telling me how much healthier my daughter is than your other patients. She smiled and said but I still have to say that. I smiled and said you don't but you chose to and now I will never feel comfortable with your honesty again. We were asked to leave the office. Legit though. I befriended a new kid - we ended up being on different vibes and went out seperate ways. A couple years later, long story, but about 20 guys were chasing me down the street one night to give me a beating, wrong place wrong time. I was trying to draw them away from my friends, when suddenly, despite gaining on me, they stopped and turned around. It would be a couple more years before I bumped into that new kid again, when I learn that he had been with those guys. When he got close enough to recognise me, he called them off because I had been kind to him. That felt like real karma in action to me. Show less

Tonight when I laid him down for bed he said mama the things I want most from Santa are complicated, I said well tell me what they are baby, he said I want a big mirror so I can put it in front of you & show you how beautiful you are, & then I want a tall ladder one that can reach heaven so I can tell Jesus thank you for my wonderful mother..
