That One Korra Edit refers to a viral video edit of The Legend of Korra footage set to the song "Tell Ur Girlfriend" by Lay Bankz by TikToker @w7dow. The edit was posted to TikTok in March 2024 and gained over 17 million views over the next month, inspiring videos referencing it and general videos about Korra using the same song. The video also inspired "discourse": about whether the edit is overhyped or not.

On March 10th, 2024, TikToker[1] @w7dow posted a stylized video edit of various The Legend of Korra scenes set to the song "Tell Ur Girl" by Lay Bankz, garnering over 17 million views in a month (shown below).

The video's original sound was used over 20,000 times in the next month, with many of the videos referencing The Legend of Korra or the edit itself. On March 25th, 2024, TikToker[2] @yummybibieditor posted a meme about the edit, garnering over 1.1 million views in three weeks (shown below, left). On April 11th, TikToker[3] @adjee.baloo posted a Korra cosplay video calling the song Korra's new theme, garnering over 600,000 views in a week (shown below, right).

On April 14th, TikToker[4] @noahglenncarter posted a video discussing the video and whether or not it is overhyped, garnering over 4.4 million views in four days (shown below). On April 16th, X[5] user @NotTrendel1 reposted the video to the site, garnering over 400 likes in two days.
