About
The Truth Behind "I'm Okay", also known as I'm Okay, Anxiety, Stress, Doubt, refers to a strip posted on 9GAG in early 2016 showing weights [emotions] being dragged by a person who is saying "I'm okay" while the weights become bigger and heavier. A part of the strip was the subject of recaptions and photoshopped variations, with the emotions getting erased and replaced with ironic things such as "horny" or "tits" and other such things.
