The Youtube top 100 or really the top 110, are the top tier youtubers on the site Youtube.com.
They get paid the highest amount of money out of any youtuber and are in the list based on subscriber count.
Origin
The top 100 most subscribed to global came in to the youtube community roughly 1 year after the creation of youtube. At this time there wasn't much needed to be the best and partnership only consisted of needing 100 subscribers and an application would cause you almost 100% partnership. Now it takes a lot more effort.
In november 2011 a video was uploaded to youtube by user maxmoefoe. The video contained every top youtuber in under 10 minutes with links on screen to go to each and every youtubers profile.
