Tyler, the Creator "Okay" is a moment from an American rapper Tyler, the Creator and his gang called Odd Future who was interviewed by local new station BBC Newsnight after Tyler, the Creator and his gang was selling their music to children. The viral clip of Tyler The Creator saying "Okay" went viral in 2017, resulting a number of remixes and has been used as a reaction video.
Origin
On April 11th, 2012, BBC Newsnight has been reported that Tyler, the Creator and Odd Future has been selling music to children. According to the news story, a gang of Los Angeles (LA) rappers called Odd Future who was giving away their music to random children and has been charging lots of money form merchandise. They have since been interviewed and has been rude to the reporter. He says the line when the reporter tells them if there lyrics are offensive and then he says some people find everything offensive then he gazed in silence for 2 seconds and then says "okay" (shown below)

Tyler the Creator: My lyrics aren't offe- i don't know, i'm sorry if i keep talk. my lyrics aren't offensive
Reporter: Aren't they?
Tyler the Creator: No?
